Refunds & Returns

We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on your online purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your sunglasses to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Please email us first so that we can issue you with a return authorisation.

If you have received your order and the sunglasses have been damaged in transit, please email us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) so that we can arrange to replace the damaged goods.
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If your sunglasses are defective within 12 months of purchase (3 months for clearance store and discounted items), simply return them to us with proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt) and we will have the items repaired or replaced at no charge to you. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning them to us ,and collecting them (or having them shipped back to you). We will be responsible for any other expenses.

If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, the sunglasses will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. If the fault is deemed to be as a result of misuse, we will still endeavour to have the sunglasses repaired, however this will incur a charge. No repair will be carried out without your consent and authorisation.

Refunds will be given by refunding payments onto your credit or debit card, or if that is not possible, by cheque. No refunds will be given for purchases of gift vouchers or gift cards.
